All Storeplex locations are gated, camera-monitored, and protected with coded access. Each container is made of heavy-gauge steel with a built-in lock box for added security.
Yes. Bringing your own lock gives you full control over access.
We recommend a standard padlock with a 1-inch shackle style lock. These fit securely inside our lock boxes and offer the strongest protection against tampering. Please remember to put it in the lockbox.
For safety and compliance, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, perishable goods, and live animals are not permitted. Most tools, equipment, inventory, and household items are allowed.
Storeplex accepts all major credit cards. Automated monthly billing is available for convenience
No. All Storeplex storage options are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downsize, or cancel whenever your needs change.
Use a high-quality disc or hockey-puck style lock designed to fit inside the built-in lock box, then slide the shackle into the keeper and fasten the lock box latch until it clicks. Storeplex recommends this method to ensure maximum protection for your contents.

Yes. Storeplex allows customers to use power tools inside and around their drive-up unit, as long as all work is safe and respectful of other customers. Many contractors use their unit as a small project space or prep area. If you need guidance on what is permitted, our team is happy to help.

CLIMATE-CONTROLLED STORAGE

All climate-controlled units are inside a secure, fully enclosed building with drive-up access for easy loading.
The containers inside the building are not insulated, but the building itself is heated through the winter to protect stored items.
Mobile Storage
Mobile storage is a secure container delivered directly to your home, job site, or business. You load it at your pace and keep it on-site as long as you need.
Yes. We can move your container anywhere on-site or deliver it to a new location when your project or move requires it.
Contractors, service crews, retailers, and families who want storage delivered directly to their property or job site.
Mobile units can be placed on private property such as driveways, yards, or commercial sites. They usually need a permit to be placed on public roads.
A site contact is required for all deliveries. We are unable to deliver a unit without one.
Value Storage
Value Storage is a secure container stored within our fenced yard. It is a cost-effective option for long-term storage or items you do not need to access regularly.
Simply request access and our team will bring your container to ground level within 48 hours.

Storage yard gives you a secure outdoor fenced space with a dedicated container included for tools, inventory, or equipment.

Yes. Contractors and businesses can use their yard space for equipment prep, material staging, or operational needs.
Yes. Power tools are welcome in your yard space. Many contractors and service companies use their space for job prep, equipment work, and material staging. You can run tools inside your included container or in the open yard area.
Yes, with prior approval from our team. Temporary shelters, racks, or covered work areas are permitted.
